We recommend securing fragile items inside your home (vibrations may occur), clearing your driveway and surrounding areas for access, and informing your neighbors. We’ll walk you through all preparation steps before the project begins.

We are careful to store lumber, hardware and heavy building materials out of the way of your landscaping. Let us know if there are particular areas you’d like to keep safe–We’ll make it a priority. We never park in yards and consider carefully where we park additional vehicles in your neighborhood.

At the end of each workday—and especially after the job is complete—our crew performs a thorough cleanup of your property. We remove all debris, sweep walkways and driveways, and use magnetic rollers to pick up nails around your yard. Our goal is to leave your home looking as good (or better) than we found it, with no mess left behind.

Of course, replacing your roof and some repairs expose the interior of your home to the elements. Wolf will never start a project with rain in the forecast. And since 90% of residential roofing projects are done in one day, you won’t have to worry about your home being exposed to the elements overnight. If your project does span more than one day, we install tarps, plastic sheeting or other waterproofing methods to keep your home safe. And we will be sure to inspect your home to ensure the covering is working.
