Jon Van Dis
President

I hope Wolf continues to be a place where people can do good work, take pride in what they build, and have the opportunity to provide a good life for themselves and their families. That is part of what makes Wolf worth building, and worth continuing.

25 Years Leading With Purpose
Jon Van Dis has spent 25 years in construction, bringing technical thinking, hands-on experience, and a long-term perspective to leading Wolf. A graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in computer science, Jon brings a technical and strategic mindset to the work. In 2016, he and two colleagues became owners of Wolf Construction, with Wolf Roofing operating as one of its divisions. Today, Jon sets strategy and direction for Wolf Roofing and the broader Wolf Construction team. Providing meaningful opportunities for people and their families continues to drive him, from the day-to-day details to the big picture.
Carrying Forward Wolf's Legacy
Jon takes pride in carrying forward the legacy of the late Scott Wolfswinkel, Wolf’s founder, who believed in the value of the blue-collar worker, providing good, steady work for the more than 80 people who make up Wolf Construction and Wolf Roofing today. He continues to focus on what has always mattered at Wolf: the customer experience, and finding steady, thoughtful, creative solutions when a project calls for something outside the ordinary.
Life Outside of Wolf
Jon grew up in Northwest Iowa and is an outdoor enthusiast; a self-described “retired adventure racer” who still loves hiking and challenging himself outdoors. He and his wife have three children.
Kevin Corkrean
Roofing Manager

I like working with customers. You get to see a new project every day and meet all kinds of different people.

Solving Problems, Serving Customers
Kevin Corkrean is Wolf Roofing’s Roofing Manager, bringing more than 25 years of construction experience to estimating, sales, and project management. Since getting into construction in 1999, Kevin has worked across different sides of the industry, but it’s the people and the problem-solving that keep him excited about roofing. He approaches his work guided by his philosophy: find the problem, figure out the solution, and take care of the customer.
Built to Last
Kevin has a knack for the roofing problems that aren’t straightforward, like a ‘dead valley’ that was causing drainage issues for one homeowner, which he solved by re-pitching the roof and engineering a fix that let rainwater drain properly. He especially enjoys challenges like these; figuring out why something isn’t working and finding a solution that will stand the test of time.
Rooted in Iowa
Originally from Winterset, Kevin now calls Windsor Heights home and enjoys the outdoors. He loves hunting and fishing and is a proud Iowa Hawkeye and Green Bay Packers fan. When he’s not helping homeowners protect their homes or enjoying the outdoors, he enjoys being involved in the community. Helping out and giving back are important to him, whether that means lending a hand or simply being involved in the place he calls home.

Josh King
Project Manager

Every roof, and every homeowner, is a little different. I like taking the time to find the real problem rather than just treating the symptom.

Unconventional Path, Unmatched Problem-Solving
Josh King is a Project Manager at Wolf Roofing, estimating projects, guiding homeowners through the sales process, and managing jobs from start to finish. His path into construction wasn’t a direct one. He pursued a degree in criminal justice before landing in the trade, where he’s now spent about 20 years. It’s the problem-solving that keeps him engaged, taking the time to find the real issue rather than just treating the symptom.
Driven by Justice
That sense of justice might be what drives him to track down the problems other contractors miss. On one project, a homeowner had water coming into the house that other contractors had already looked at without finding the source; Josh traced it to rot around a removed satellite dish and had his team rebuild the framing properly rather than just shingle over it. He especially enjoys projects like this one; digging past the obvious answer to make sure the real problem actually gets solved.
Beyond the Jobsite
Josh is originally from Prairie City, Iowa, and stays busy as a dad to three boys, a musician, and a loyal Hawkeyes and St. Louis Cardinals fan. Family and youth sports keep him occupied outside of work.

Kyle Watson
Roofing Foreman

I tend to pick things up pretty quickly, and I’ve enjoyed learning the different sides of roofing and construction along the way.

On-Site Leadership & Customer Focus
Kyle Watson is a Roofing Foreman at Wolf Roofing, involved in a project from start to finish: running the job, serving as the on-site customer liaison, and coordinating subcontractor crews to make sure every detail is handled. Before joining Wolf, Kyle worked as a professional painter and came to roofing ready for a new trade. It’s the variety and the people that keep him excited about the work.
Putting Homeowners First
His past experiences have taught him an adaptability that he’s carried from painting into every side of roofing and construction he’s learned since. He’s especially service-minded, making a point to leave a property better than the crew found it. Roofing can be a big undertaking for a homeowner, and he wants them to know someone is paying attention and looking out for them.
Bringing Kansas Spirit to Iowa Jobsites
Kyle grew up in Kansas, which makes him a proud Kansas City Chiefs and KU fan, always ready to represent Kansas when the conversation turns to college sports among all the Iowa and Iowa State fans he works with.

Jenn Jackson
Project Accountant

For me, it’s rewarding to see all the pieces of a project come together: from the first lead and scheduling, to product orders, customer questions, invoicing, and finally a completed project. Knowing that my work helps the roofing team in the field do their jobs well makes me feel like a part of every project.
Jenn
Jenn Jackson
Project Accountant
The Engine Behind Wolf Roofing's Daily Operations
Jenn Jackson keeps Wolf Roofing’s projects moving behind the scenes: scheduling leads, handling invoicing, ordering products, managing the CRM, and helping homeowners with everything from choosing a shingle color to answering questions along the way. While she may not be on the roof, Jenn plays a vital role in ensuring the team has what it needs to get the job done. She landed in the department somewhat unexpectedly, originally hired into accounting for Wolf Construction before finding ways to help across the growing roofing team. And she’s proud to have landed at Wolf, being part of a team people can count on.
Doing What's Right for the Homeowner
Jenn’s especially proud of the team’s honesty with customers. If a roof only needs a small repair and isn’t ready for a full replacement, that’s what the team recommends. Sometimes the right answer is fixing or caulking a nail head rather than selling someone a new roof. Jenn appreciates that approach. She knows the team cares about doing what’s right for the homeowner, and she’s proud to be part of that.
Family, Antiques, and Quick Wit
Originally from Iowa Falls, Jenn is the mom to five grown children and MiMa to three grandbabies. She loves antiquing, and even has a booth at a local antique mall where she enjoys finding and displaying unique treasures. Her wicked sense of humor is part of what makes her such a fun and easy person to work with.
THE WOLF WAY
