Fast, honest storm damage inspections and repairs -- with straightforward guidance through the insurance process.
When a major storm hits, homeowners can feel overwhelmed. There are questions about damage, insurance, repairs, and where to even begin. At Wolf Roofing, we’re willing to help at every step. Our goal is simple: thoroughly assess the damage, clearly explain what needs to be done, and help you navigate the restoration process without surprises.

Wolf Roofing's Steps to Get You Back to Normal
Safety Comes First
If a tree has fallen on your home and caused significant damage, the first step is to have the tree and large limbs safely removed by a licensed tree contractor. Wolf can remove some smaller limbs when appropriate, but large trees and major limbs should be handled by professionals who have the proper equipment and expertise.
If Your Home Is Leaking, We Act Quickly
Storm damage doesn’t always mean an immediate leak. But if your roof has been compromised and water is getting into your home, protecting the interior is the priority.
While Wolf does not currently have an emergency hotline, we will do our best to get to your home as quickly as possible. When we arrive, our first priority is to weatherproof the home and get everything as watertight as possible—including tarping or making temporary repairs when necessary—until the full repair can be completed.
We Thoroughly Inspect the Damage
Whether you’ve experienced hail, high winds, or another type of storm damage, Wolf will conduct a thorough inspection of your home. If there are no immediate leaks or emergency concerns, we’ll get to your property as soon as possible to inspect the roof and other exterior components and provide an estimate for the necessary repairs or replacement.
Our HAAG-certified hail inspectors know what to look for and will carefully assess the entire exterior of your home—not just the roof. That can include:
- Roof shingles and roofing components
- Siding
- Fascia
- Gutters
- Other exterior materials affected by the storm
We’ll also help determine whether damaged materials can be repaired or matched, or whether they are no longer available and need to be replaced.
You Contact Your Insurance Company
Every insurance situation is different. Some homeowners contact their insurance company and file a claim before calling a contractor. Others want to have their home inspected first.
Wolf does not contact your insurance company first on your behalf. We believe the homeowner should make that initial contact. Our reason is simple: we want to provide an honest, independent assessment of what your home actually needs without allowing the insurance claim to influence our inspection or estimate.
We recommend contacting your insurance company as soon as possible after a significant storm to get the claims process started. Insurance companies often request estimates from multiple contractors — Wolf is always willing to provide a FREE inspection and estimate.
We Provide an Honest, Thorough Estimate
Our estimate is based on what we see during our inspection and what is actually needed to properly restore your home. After we inspect your home, we’ll get to work on your estimate. You’ll typically receive it within 24–48 hours, and often sooner, depending on the scope of the storm and the number of homes we’re helping in the area.
We don’t inflate an estimate because insurance is involved, and we don’t recommend unnecessary work simply because there is an insurance claim. Our estimate reflects what your home needs.
We Provide Documentation for Your Insurance Claim
If your property has storm damage, Wolf Roofing can inspect the roof, document the damage we observe, and provide you with a detailed estimate and scope of work.
Our HAAG-certified inspectors can document storm-related damage with photographs and other relevant information. If your insurance company sends an adjuster to inspect the property, we can be present to answer questions about the damage and our proposed scope of work.
We’ll provide you with the information and documentation you need to share with your insurance company. Your insurance company and its adjuster determine coverage and the amount of any insurance payment under your policy.
We’ll Answer Questions About Our Estimate
Insurance estimates can contain a lot of information, and you may have questions about how an insurance estimate relates to the repairs your property needs.
We’re happy to explain our estimate, proposed scope of work, photographs, and other documentation related to the roofing work we recommend.
If your insurance company or adjuster has questions about our estimate or scope of work, we’re happy to answer those questions as well.
Wolf Roofing does not determine insurance coverage, negotiate insurance claims, or represent you in the adjustment or settlement of an insurance claim. Questions about your policy or coverage should be directed to your insurance company or insurance professional.
You Take Your Time
After a major hail event, homeowners may have time to work through the process. Coverage deadlines and the amount of time you have to complete repairs can vary by policy and claim, so homeowners should confirm their specific deadlines with their insurance company. Our advice is not to rush into a quick fix simply because a storm has passed.
Take the time to:
- Get the damage inspected
- Understand your insurance coverage
- Find a contractor you trust
- Determine everything that needs to be repaired
- Then make an informed decision
No Surprises
Before work begins, we’ll make sure the homeowner understands the scope of work and what Wolf will be doing. Once all questions have been answered, the homeowner will sign off on the estimate and agreed-upon work. What we promise is what we’ll deliver.
Our priority isn’t the quickest possible repair. It’s a thorough, properly planned restoration that protects your home for years to come.

Wolf Roofing: Here When You Need Us
I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Wolf. We needed a new roof and gutters after a hail storm. We interviewed several companies. We were blown away by the professionalism and detail of the entire process with Wolf. They were responsive to texts and phone calls and kept us in the loop at every turn. The crew was hard working and cleaned everything as they went. They took pictures of everything so we knew what was replaced and repaired. The icing on the cake is that I feel 110% confident if we need anything in the future they are a phone call away and will take care of it. I have told anyone who asks for a recommendation that I would not use any other company except Wolf!
