This Waukee neighborhood is made up of twin homes, and for this project, we had the opportunity to work with both homeowners to give their shared roof a much-needed upgrade. The existing roof was showing its age, so we replaced it with CertainTeed Landmark Pro Max Definition architectural shingles in Driftwood.
The new roof brings a fresh, cohesive look to the home while giving both homeowners the protection and peace of mind that comes with a quality new roof.
